Jack faragasso has been teaching the essentials of producing realistic paintings and academic drawings at the Art Students League of New York since 1968.
This summer 2012, through the months of June and July, he will be holding a class entitled “Painting and Drawing From Life”. This class will be held on Monday and Tuesday evenings in the months of June and July, beginning at 6:15 pm and ending at 9:30 pm.
The cost for Monday and Tuesday is $135
The cost for only Monday or only Tuesday is $80
In this class one is taught how to see, how to think about, and how to master the many essentials that go into creating good paintings and drawings. The class has always consisted of students that are very advanced as well as beginners. Each student is guided from their point of development. “One can follow a structured approach – which I have been teaching for many years – or be guided on whatever path they choose.”
